30 Day Return Period
A full refund will be provided if the return is due to:
- A mistake in filling the order
- A hardware issue with the laptop
- Non-refundable costs and conditions are applied if the return is made due to the customer changing their mind.
- $15.00 for shipping staff time and materials.
- Missing or opened accessory costs: Laptop case = $25.00 Thumb drive = $10.00
- Accessories (Carrying case & Thumbdrive) must be unopened to return
- $15 fee to remove upgrades
- No refund for shipping costs
- No return on Microsoft Office licenses
NFS will not accept damaged laptops for return
