NFS adheres to the following return policies:

30 Day

30 days return from delivery date. For any reason, SUBJECT to condition of computer.

FEES

NO FEES if return is due to a hardware / cosmetic failure or a mistake in order fulfillment.

  • $15.00 restocking and shipping materials fee.
  • $20.00 return shipping label
  • $10.00 to remove each upgrade, if you ordered upgrades
  • Missing accessory costs: Laptop case = $25.00 Thumb drive = $10.00
  • No refund for shipping costs.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

To process a return please contact NFS at 800-991-7631 or cs@notebooksforstudents.org. We will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the laptop back.

Due to the return fees, please be sure that your order is the correct laptop for you. And that by purchasing it you do not place yourself in financial stress. Because NFS operates without a profit margin and must break even at the end of each school year, we strictly adhere to the return policies.
