Return Policy
Notebooks for Students offers the following return policies:
  • Seven (7) day return, from delivery date, SUBJECT to condition of computer.
  • Ten (10) day credit on return, SUBJECT to condition of computer.
RETURN - CANCEL ORDER PROCEDURE
Please click on the Customer Service e-mail link below. Send an e-mail containing your name, phone number, and computer model. Customer Service will then contact you with a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization, ship the laptop to the address given on the "Contact Us" page. Return payment is made within 14 days.
Return fees:
  • Twenty (20%) percent fee on a return or order cancellation. The restocking fee is waved if return is due to a hardware failure. Click here to see DELL Corporate return fees. The same applies to all brands.
  • No return for shipping costs.
  • No return on sales items.
